Returns and Exchanges

Exchange and Replacement Policy

  • Size Exchanges

    If your selected size doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size, subject to availability.

  • Replacement for Faulty Products

    In the rare event you receive a defective or damaged product, we’ll replace it with a new one at no additional cost.
     

Conditions for Exchanges and Replacements:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

  • Requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
     

How to Initiate an Exchange or Replacement:

  • Attach clear images of the product if it is faulty or damaged.

  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
     

Shipping Costs:

We will cover all shipping costs for exchanges and replacements, ensuring a hassle-free process for you.
 

Exclusions:

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged or replaced.

  • Products purchased during sale events are not eligible for exchanges unless faulty.
